You may need to re-partition the drive. Right click on Computer, select Manage>Storage>Disk Management.

Thanks man, i never thought that way, i am on dual boot, but use XP more, so went to Disk Mgmnt and saw their was 3.7 GB unallocated. I couldn't assigned the unallocated space, the 'Create New Partition ' was greyed out.

So i got this idea and booted to Gparted and from their i selected the drive, and deleted the 30 MB and made an entirely new partition. Now it is 3.73, before it was 3.71GB.
