The box or the user manual did NOT say that this frame cannot read pictures from apple devices. I bought this for quite sometime but were not able to find time to set it up and it just got forgotten in the back of our closet. Now I tried to display it in our living room hoping to show our latest vacation photos, but alas it won't recognize the pictures I got from my iPhone. I am in the Navy and spend several months away from my family at a time. My wife bought me this frame to post up in my rack when I'm on deployment. The frame looks nice. That is about the only thing it has going for it. The programming/ controls could be considered ancient by today's standards. The description says that it supports JPEG and BMP files. What it does not say is that unless you took the pictures using the minimum quality settings on the camera, they will be too large to be viewed on this frame.
