Hi Vijin, thanks for the answer. I installed 2 times a clean boot and installed the programs i use as always. After installing the 3rd time clean boot, i had today in the morning another error which is ' system service exception' mini dump: if it will help, i can also upload the memory.dmp file. Today i had the problem while setting up the lotus notes. I didnt have any error during installation. But yesterday i had such errors even when i was not using Lotus notes.
